The rest may contain spoilers:

Some commenters have said that this drama was being dragged out for too long. However I didn't feel this way at all. Every week there was something new. I waited eagerly for this drama to be subbed every week.

In this drama you get to see parental bond. You truly understand that a mother would do whatever she can to help her own daughter and an undying love of a child for their own parent. You see that a child will always stay still while being beaten by their parents. You see a young child's devoted love for her  mother when she runs away so that her mother can marry someone.

In the beginning I was addicted to Kim Ji-hoon's cuteness. The way he feel over heels for Bo Ri ( Jang Eun Bi's new name after she was adopted) warmed me up. After he left Bo Ri, due to circumstances that you will later find out, my love for him died but the cold hearted Yeon Min Jung became the center of my attention. She ruthlessly abandons her own mother in order be sponsored by Bo Ri's real family. She lies and cheats her way to become accepted and loved by her new family.

In this drama Lee Yo Ri played the evil Yeon Min Jung well. The way she sneers at her enemy, her uncaring attitude when others beg her, her alarmed face when she realizes her lies are about to be revealed, and her pitiful face when she begs others to give her a chance that immediately changes once she finds out she couldn't get what she wants are all portrayed so realistically. I think she should win a drama award for her role. It was revealed that while on set on the streets, a bus was driving pass and a passenger shouted b*tch at her. You can see the video here and the article on allkpop. That's shows how well she portrayed her evil character. Her acting seriously overpowers all the casts in this drama. I can claim that Yeon Min Jung is evilest, meanest, and ruthless villain in all the dramas I have seen so far. You should watch this drama just to see her acting.

The other little actor I want to give an applause to is Kim Ji Young who plays Bo Ri daughter. While other child stars are given only one or two line and look like they are reciting their lines, she almost had more lines and screen time than some of the veteran actors. She portrays her character also very naturally. Her eyes are filled with tears at the exact moment and her acting trying to please her new grandparents are all so natural that why I rejoiced when she won the child award at the 2014 Korean drama award. BTW, Oh Yeon Seo won the top excellence award for actress for her role in this drama. Read more about the 2014 Korean Drama award here.

For all these reason I would definitely recommend this drama. If you like dramas that has themes like switched at birth, parental love/bond, doing what it takes to succeed, you will like this drama.

I give this drama a must watch and 9/10 rating.
